RELAXING LAVENDER & OAT BATH RECIPE

Let go of the daily grind and bathe like a goddess with these lavender and oat pouches

If you like the idea of creating your own natural skin and well being products,
this simple 4 step recipe is the perfect place to start

Lavender allows you to let go and prepare for a blissful nights sleep

Oats are the ultimate skin healer, soothing and softening

Epsom salts ease tired aching muscles as well as purifying the skin

What you'll need:

a handful of lavender buds
a handful of oats

a hefty spoon or two of epsom salts
a few drops of lavender essential oil
muslin pouches or empty tea bag cases


What to do:

1. blend the oats in a food processor until powdery

2. mix all ingredients together in a bowl

3. scoop the bath mix into your chosen pouch

4. add the bag to a warm bath and let your worries melt away
